As a program founded by Cast &amp; Crew in 2014, Open Health addresses the complexities faced by entertainment companies employing \u201cgig\u201d workers\u2014professionals who work on temporary projects with various employers, often with intermittent employment periods. Through the Open Health Trust, which holds payroll dollars dedicated to healthcare coverage, we ensure seamless management of healthcare, COBRA, and compliance reporting for production teams across movies, television, animation, and music.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span>Today, Open Health remains managed by Henehan Administrators, who provide a high-touch, personal approach to service.
